I'd recommend Johnsons Volkswagen Birmingham Bullring because Jaz was unbelievably! Completely not like any car sales person I’ve met before. She was honest and upfront about what she could do for me, no false promises, she was completely credible and I had total trust in her. I didn’t feel for a second she was trying to ‘rip me off’ with the part ex or the new car price, it felt like she wanted me to feel as pleased with the deal as she did which is how it should be. I have a lot of goodwill towards her and will definitely contact her when we switch our main family car next year. I literally can’t praise her enough… maybe it’s a woman thing?? Car sales people have a dodgy reputation for not being altogether straight with you, but Jaz was completely professional at all times. I had a call on the day of delivery and since to see if I’m happy, which I very much am. Well done Jaz.
